Tadalafil daily 5mg is the daily dosage of Tadalafil. This variant has been specially developed for daily use. In contrast to higher doses such as 10mg or 20mg, you do not need to take Tadalafil daily 5mg shortly before sex. Daily intake keeps a constant amount of active substance in your body, so you can be sexually active at any time.
Tadalfil improves blood flow to the penis, what? promotes erection. PDE5 is an enzyme that causes blood vessel dilation. Tadalafil is an EPDE5 inhibitor, so blood vessel dilation lasts better and longer. Preaction does require sexual stimulation, so if you are not sexually stimulated, you will not get an erection either.
User manual
Take 1 tablet of Tadalafil 5mg daily, preferably at a fixed time. The tablet may be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet in its entirety with some water. It is important to keep taking Tadalafil daily for optimal effect. Never take more than 1 tablet per day.
