Submit a complaint
You can submit your complaint to us in two ways:
- Via live chat (bottom right of your screen)
- By email to care@fellos.nl
Processing
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 24 hours
- We aim to process the substance of your complaint within 14 working days
- Should the processing take longer, we will inform you in good time with an explanation and a new deadline
